Get a gods attention

I havent even tried yet lol!..Just wondering whats a great way to try? an actually get them to come if they want a powerful way

if you ant a spirits attention just ask it then meditate

I should think it also depends on which God/dess or spirit you're trying to draw attention from. If it's a specific God/dess you could look into appropriate offerings.

An altar constructed in their honor that you use to meditate and pray in front of and/or a ritual to honor and give offerings is a good start. Just be sure to pick one and research them well, then work with your relationship with them. Certain ones don't mix well together and its important that if you plan on working with more than one, you do so one at a time, take ample time to establish a strong link, and consider how well the old one would get along with any new ones you introduce.

Just think about them and what they look like befor you go to sleep I do it all the time to see the wholy trinity and saints.
If you do see one of them they give you advice my advice god/jesus gave me was: make piece with the enemy, what the wholy mother told me when I was having a tough time after my dog died: dont go chaseing after let it come to you cause eventualy it will come to you, what st francis of assisie said to me: I will watch your animals for you he also taught me how to keep my soul with happy thoughts and keeping it clean, St Anne told me that she'll take good care of my horses and watch over me when I am with horses, I even saw st paul but I forgot what he said to me.
So just think and imagen who it is you want to see... and they will come when your sound asleep.

Pray to them before go to bed they answer later on don't think u will get immede response

The best way to make contact with a Deity is to start by building a relationship with them. After all, is a child more likely to gain what they want by going to their parent or to a random stranger on the street. The Gods respond to those that they have a relationship with, not just someone who randomly calls on them in a spell.

Start by researching the particular Deity that you want to develop a relationship with. What were their attributes? How were they worshiped in ancient times? What offerings would be appropriate for them?

Creating an altar to that particular Deity, as has been suggested, is a good next step in the process. The altar is where you and the Deity will interact in the beginning. Use colors and symbols that are associated with that Deity. (For instance, I work with Sekhment so my altar has a red altar cloth since red is her color.)

Once you have created an altar, then start making regular offerings to the Deity you're trying to establish the relationship with. An offering can be as simple as a stick of incense or an much more elaborate one.

Take time while making your offering to meditate on the fact that you want to have a relationship with this particular Deity and ask them to come into your life.

Once you feel that you do in fact have a relationship, that the Deity is listening to you, then you can ask them to speak to you in your dreams or meditations or to guide you in your life. Sometimes they will appear to your in their own form, but sometimes they will appear in other forms...so you have to pay attention.

Remember too that if you invite the attention of a Deity into your life then it is entirely possible that the Deity is going to start influencing your life as well. So be careful in which Deity you call upon if you don't want the energies represented by that Deity in your life.
