This seems like a dental problem or something else(dont comment me,i dont know much about it) which doesnt belong in the forums.Brysing is right.

Nutrition. Eat well, if you can. Gum and tooth sensitivity can often be a sign of Vitamin C deficiency. Get some oranges or vitamins or some other nutritional supplement.

have you spoken with a dentist about this? you should speak with an expert before jumping to the conclusion it's something magical. if you ask me you're imagining it, the mind is good with things like this. teeth don't grow and shrink in the span of a few minutes or days. if you have one or two teeth that are always sharp, don't jump to the magical conclusion either, it could be genetic. in my family, our canines are very pointy, most people have to file them down. speak with a dentist, possibly your doctor.
