I used to be quite the insomniac in my younger days, its pretty difficult to manage.
I suggest burning sleeping herbs, like Lavender, Chamomile, Jasmine, Rosemary, etc while meditating, those herbs are very relaing. envision you falling asleep at a good time, sleeping peacefully through the night, then waking up at a good time and feeling rested and fresh. Repeat the vision several times, going as a cycle. Going to sleep, sleeping well, waking up refreshed, and repeating in a good pattern.
