Amazing But Weird

So, when I went to take my shower I took my working candle and a New Year resolution candle I made by carving my resolutions on the candle. I wanted to meditate with the candle so I could focus on making my resolutions come true. When I was done meditating, both my working candle and my New Year candle's flames were raised very high and they were not before. What does this mean?

After I finished taking my shower (I left both candles on) I noticed the flame of my working candle was back to its original state but my New Year candle was not. Does this mean something bad?

Help would be much appreciated.

I believe it has something to do with the oxygen level in the room.

It is also considered a positive sign according to some.

either you got more wax on the wick of the candle, you spilled some so there was more wick to burn, or it is a good sign for your resolution. :3 I'm gonna guess the last one.
