when i was meditate i felt my head/mind sinking like going down its hard to explain

Hey magickforyou,you say u r new to meditation and written in your bio that u have been practising magick fr 4 years.how come ths happen?Meditation is one of the basics and you need to meditate a lot if u practise magick.This implifies u r also new to magick!
