My best friend and I are both Wiccans but, one if our friends found out.
Is this bad?
I need help she thinks that she I one and all she does is summon spirits (tries to) and demons and things like that!
Please help!

Well, my advice would be to sit her down, and tell her the truth. I don't see any other alternatives. Just be honest with her and she'll understand. Telling people the truth about your beliefs is, in no way, bad. Just keep in mind some people have different beliefs-some might not accept yours at first but, if they are truly your friend, they, in time, will understand. Best of luck.

The next time that your friend (who you say practices black magic) makes a claim to be Wiccan like you, the best thing to do might be to simply tell her that her actions show that she isn't Wiccan at all. Then offer to explain what Wicca is really about for her. She may refuse you offer and she may get mad at you of course. Or she may decide to listen and learn. If she isn't interested you could suggest that she refer to herself as a Witch rather than a Wiccan since many Witches do not feel bound to the Wiccan Rede or the teachings of Wicca.

Wiccan, while being a relatively new religion, has a set dogma (for lack of a better word). Simply print out the wiccan crede and belief structure and show them to your friend. Make sure that your friend truly understand what the religion entails before claiming that she is one. I see the same mistake made throughout all religions.

First off no, it's not bad she found out. If your serious about becoming a wiccan a lot more people will begin to find out.
OK you need to speak with her, explain to her what it is you do and how it is you go about doing it. Maybe even show her a book on the basics. show her it's nothing to fear or be scared of you guys for. I've had to do this myself now more than once, I'm not a wiccan, but as a witch the same rules generally apply to calming the people that worry we're playing with things we don't understand.

Many of you are misreading the OP's initial question. She and one friend are Wiccan. The other friend is engaging in curses, summoning demons, and other baneful practices. It's not a matter of the third person being afraid of Wicca. The OP does not want her Wiccan practices to be linked to what the other person is doing.

Its not a bad thing your friend found out and it seems she has an interest in Wicca but does not know anything about it. Along with sitting her down and explaining a few things you do have to stop her from trying to summon spirits and demons, if its not done correctly bad things can happen and its not just about her safety but those around her. I would suggest talking to her soon.
