I often times meditate and sometimes when I do this I receive what I believe are messages or warnings of something that will happen or that I need to know. They often come in pictures or thoughts. This morning I was meditating and I received a message or something that I did not understand. In this message, I was walking down my stairs and saw someone standing at the bottom of them but they disappeared almost immediately and I tripped down the stairs. when I opened my eyes the same person that was standing at the bottom of my stairs was standing above me and whispered in my ear, "When the past collides with the future the present is lost."

Now one thing you may or may not need to know to help is that lately I have been having some memory regression. Anything that you have to say will be greatly appreciated because it has wayed heavily on my mind all day.

Just adding this simply because of the topic at hand;

Not all dreams have meaning.

Based on the information given, I would focus mostly on what was said to you:

"When the past collides with the future the present is lost."

Now, as cheesy as that sounds, it does hold some meaning in my eyes. It may be a way of saying that you need to stop worrying about what you did, felt, or experienced in the past... And to stop looking far into the future and over-complicating what may happen. Because if you focus on what has already happened and what is yet to come, you are unable to experience the here and now. Thus, the present is lost.
