I'm trying to learn as much as i can if anyone can help me with Meditation
Grounding
Centerung
Visualization
Properties of ingredients and moon phases
Protection
and chakras
or anything else i would be very grateful

Meditation is the simplest form of grounding, centering, and chakra work (at least from MY perspective). You can buy books on ingredients, and do some online research about the moon phases. My way of protection is carrying around a sachet of an herbal mixture and envision a white 'bubble' around me for protection.

These are the basics of magic. I suggest researching as well as practicing each topic starting with meditation. You can plug each of the terms into the site search engine and it will give you a list of links to information about these. You can also research them off this site as well as in the physical world.
