Yes, you can use meditation to heal yourself but not something like a gaping wound. But more of an emotional problem or something along those lines and you can visualize energy while doing a breathing exercise. As in affirming " I am breathing in positive energy and exhaling negative energy".
Magick and meditation can aid physical healing as well, so long as you treat it as an aid rather than the main source of healing. I'm not experienced with healing, though there are other members who are. There are also plenty of books on the subject as well as videos you could look up online.
