There's a great site you can look up for information. Just search Foxmoon Creations. And there also is an article on dragon magick on this site which is quite well written.

not many people teach Dragon Magick, it's a form of high magic so clans rarely pass out information to those they don't know. if you want to learn you'll have to work with the dragons. they're astral, so you'll need to learn meditation and astral projection.
