I've had a lot of physical struggles in my day... from too much drowsiness, to stress overload, and worse. Mostly mental difficulties. I think I've finally figured out what my problem is. I need to lift weights.
Why do I have to lift weights? Well that's what I'm about to explain here. I have a lot of physical and mental struggles when I don't lift weights. i've noticed that after about 30 minutes of weight lifting I am much more settled and under control. I also have a much easier time getting everything done. Things in general are much easier after 30 minutes of weight lifting. I have to do this every day at least twice or three times a day or I otherwise have too many struggles. I didn't realize this until just recently.
