Nocturnal if you are beginner choose standart one such Rider-Waite or Sharman-Casseli decks .They have standart images and symbols and will be more easy for you to relate to them .Also there are many books that guide you how to use them .
Or you can choose another one (make sure it is standart ) by gut feeling .You somehow should relate to the artwork and and deck .
This site has gallery that has previews of many decks ,including pictures ,tips and ratings about the decks .
I was always taught that tarot decks are meant to be gifted or given to the reader and that you can't buy your own because it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to do an accurate reading with them. My deck found me through my fiance, and I love it to pieces. I have a very strong connection with my cards and I use them almost every day, so much even that the box is falling to bits and i need to make my own carry case for them.
