have a happy halloween.

i wouldn't smudge just because it's a night for spirits to revisit loved ones and smudging might keep them out but whatever.

my coven can't make it tonight, so we celebrated on saturday. i'm going to light a candle for passing spirits, set a few extra places for them at dinner, have a quick circle, then if i feel like it doing some spirit work. might try working the Ouija Board alone, but i hate doing that because the way my hands have to be placed when working it alone, and also my eyes are closed when i use the board. so i'm probably going to meditate and talk with the spirits that way. hope i can talk to this new spirit in my house, Rori normally hogs the pendulum/board and we can't talk to anyone else. might go out trick-or-treating cuz it's fun, other than that, not planning much really. on November 1st i'll be saying goodbye to all the spirits who came to visit them smudging and cleansing the house in case any of them decided to hide out.
