Yes , oils need not be used in any potion you use in order to aide yourself in gaining what you wish however oils are a essential component of perfume. They are mainly the reason why the scent can be smelled immediately and lasts

the perfume would have more strength if you used Rose oil, Lavender oil, and the honey you stated in the thread. now that would make a powerful perfume. but that is just an idea to amplify the perfume.

Let me start by first stating that a oil would be essential to this potion. Oils help keep a perfume's smell so it does not fade away. If you do not know how to make a oil, Heating fresh herbs in vegetable oil over a low heat until the herbs lose their color or take on a transparent look make said Oils. After that is done, the herbs are then strained through cheese cloth and the process repeated several times until the oil achieves the desired scent.

Second, this is not really a perfume due to the fact you are adding a mixture of water and several other ingredients.

Third, you said the feeling has to be mutual, as in having the same relation toward each other. How do you know if the other person is in love with you? The person can be your crush, but does that mean the crush is in love with you? No.

I dislike Love Magick and Love Potions because most of them are manipulative and makes a person unwillingly come to you.

Indeed the title does not match the reader expectations .Title is ment to give us idea shortly what about this text is and the text obviouslly has nothing to do with substance that can be called perfume .You need to add essential oils into it to can be described as such .In case that you did not know the essential oil is the hormone of the plant and it is not exctracted just by putting flowers in water .There are different methods for doing that but putting few petals in water and shaking the substance will not produce essential oil .Also perfumes have base ,middle and top notes to begin with .The fragrance need to be fixed into the liquid but you have not tought about perservatives and fixatives since you do not use essential oils either .Also same smell will not have same effect on everybody because our sense of smell is related with our memory and emotions .
Unfortunately it is rather obvious you have not done research on the subject to can really produce good article on it .
In the future do your research first and then create magical formulas and substances for certain and specified aim .
Lets hope the adult version will be better .

you know what i found is easiest? buy pheromone laced cologne or perfume. I used Pherx stuff works pretty well. no magic just science. :P
