With science you can move forward in time but not backward. Gravity itself isnt what effects time, the more mass something has the slower it moves in time along with whats around it. Things with more mass have more gravity its not the actual gravity doing it. Time also slows down when you approach the speed of light but time can never truly stop in one place. No matter how big and fast something is it wont be frozen in time time will simply go slower for it and the space around it. Magic cannot affect time or gravity. If time spells were possible things would get a little chaotic.
It could be possible to make a Time Travel spell, but I think the person must spend their whole life chanting and chanting the same spell with FAITH in order for it to work.
Theoretically it should be possible, this is a case where science and magick intersect. I mean science believes time travel is possible so when we eventually figure out how it works with science we could hope to create such a spell.
But to solve your base problem. Instead of searching for time travel spells look for your show online. It'll be allot easier to find and is much more likely to work

You can with your intent expand or compress time, and it can be very useful with acomplishing tasks. I use to drive regulary though Oak Creek Canyon on my way back and forth to work outside of Sedona where I had the opportunity to interact with the local Fay. They explained and demonstrated a very simple technique that they use. They move so very fast and are rarely seen, but they showed me that it isn't their speed that makes them elusive. They expand time which allows them to travel great distances in what appears as an instant. They compress time making you pass by them without seeing them.
