first thing i got was an athame, i feel it's the most important too next to your Book of Shadows. don't just buy any one though, all your tools should 'call' to you. from there, incense burner i guess, i already had one when i converted, but i think it's a good thing to have as well. you can [and should] make your own wand and staff. i still don't have a cauldron [mostly due to cost] but that's good for mixing and burning herbs. really the most important thing is knowledge. you should know how to meditate [which you say you do, yay] energy work like charging and grounding, and how to cast the circle properly. in terms of tools, athame i guess.
In my opinion you don't really need any tools. They're just props to put you in a magickal mood. The only tool you'll really need is your mind the others can wait.
Myself I have a dagger I use for meditation and blood rituals. As to colelction of stones and dried herbs. I do have runes and other divnation items. And sea shells. It depends what you wish. I often buy incese over candles. But this is my prefered ideals. Yours my be different.
well from me arts point of view learning the basics of the forms light and dark take is a must then what your limits are per day as you should never push to far also meditation will help to focus your energy.

When you first start out studying is your primary concern. However as you learn you'll become more and more familiar with tools and items you might be interested in trying or experimenting with.
I suggest, you study up on magic and answer this question yourself as you go along. In that, you'll be better acquainted with what you have and already understand their usage for when you decide to begin practice.
I agree with De Vertis,first study,as you choose your path you will choose your tools too because you don't really know what you'll need until you don't establish if you'll use it or not.Spending alot of money on supplies won't help either,just don't think so much about it and when you'll feel like you'll need something you'll get it
