A lot of vets are on call late at night, and will be willing to make house visits (though that does mean it costs a bit more). You could see if there is an animal hospital somewhere near you. Could you be specific and explain what's wrong with the cat? What type of cat? It's age, etc?
My cat is the oldest cat that lived in our house. It's female and has lived for 9-10years. It had ate a fish after sometime it got ill then it started to crawl. It could not move if i hold it crys. Now it's better. I couldn't do anything. The vet is farer about 15kms i guess i live in a small village. Don't worry its fine. I drew a ankh on the wall where it was sleeping to and prayed to gods and Bastet. Now its fine and its a little shaking.
if your cat is dying then first it should be seeing a vet regularly. As well as this pray to the cat goddess Bast, but ask her for what's best for your cat. I know your pain, i am a cat devotee and i have lost cats myself, it hurts so bad, but unfortunately nobody lives forever and it may be your cat's time to move on. It would be wonderful if we could heal those we love and make them last forever, but we all have a shelf life. Try what i have suggested but remember ask Bast to do the right thing for your cat, i.e if your cat is dying don't ask for him or her to not die because whilst your cat could live it would be in a lot of pain and you really wouldn't want that. Ask for what is best. I wish you well.

ate bad fish? i hope you found a pet hospital. there's one about 30 minutes away from my place that's open 24/7 we took my guinnea pig there a few times. cost about 100$ to walk in the door, but it might mean life or death. i hope your cat made it through the night, take it to the vet and pray to bastest [bast] to watch over your cat in life and in death. it's hard, i know, i've lost many pets, more to sickness or circumstance [car, stroke] than old age, but you don't want them in pain do you?
