This will not be your only opportunity. Practice with it more, and ease into it instead of taking the first 1-2 opportunities. Try working with energy to slowly make yourself aware of your third eye. I say this because sometimes it can be overwhelming with the senses.
(Not saying you should do this, but sometimes you can irritate it by having someone hover their index finger about the area where your third eye is, and wiggle it...instead of a "come here" motion, do it where your finger goes downward)
