I Agree , most of this is accurate but , it is not a complete understanding of energy ,, there are many kinds of energy , all are supposed;y combination of the elements but that is , debatable what is known as the , 4 elements are the foundations which the material world is constructed in the other realms there are other energies each with its own uses, such as the ,celestial energies.

There are even energies of Entities you can use with permission ,, of course. But its best o move the , energy along in your body understand chakras , keep them rotating in unison , (a little known tip, keep the bottom three from bottom up and top three from bottom down rotating in unison to activate , the middle chakra , this will increase your sensitivity to and proficiency with any spell or technique you wish to use. Secondly ground any excess energies you work with . there are techniques of pulling the energy , from a color object and then pulling the box of it down around you such as , deep blue , for , visions , this can be used to right imbalances in , the mind and body among other things ,each element has , 3 or so colors each with different properties , I can find this kist , if any one wishes in box me and i will copy it , or give a link thank you ,
