It goes on to say, in. China they surround themselves with the images of happy, healthy, beautiful babies during pregnancy and gaze at them daily in a meditative manner.
It also suggests the Eye of Horus amulet as well as the SATOR magic square to be carried/worn.
For delivery it suggests the father walks around the building where birthing occurs 7 times clockwise.

Personally, I know of the Irish protection of carrying a three leaf clover during labor as a symbol of mother, father and child.
