"4: OBEs on command- which is when some people can leave their body by sitting anywhere, even in public places, without meditating. Don't ask me how cause I'm trying find out how to do that."

I can do this and I know a few who can as well. I'm not sure what it is called, I've heard a few terms though, like etheric projection but that varies. It requires you to be able to induce trance while moving. I suggest trying to use dance, yoga, or rhythmic movement (like beating a drum or drawing a circle) while entering a trance and then this sort of projection will be easier. When this is done, you're more likely to be seen as a "spirit" to a physical person. And when you see or feel someone who is doing this, anyone who senses you might think there is a physical person in the room at first.

It is hard to explain. When you do this, you're not as fully "there" at first, you have to continue to focus, but can become fully there as your body relaxes and you forget about your body. You tend to "twitch" more when doing it without trance because the tie between mind and body isn't as separated as when doing serious journeying under full relaxation. It is a lot like mental projection (aka remote viewing) except once you see where you want to be, you pull yourself there. I've heard my way is called the "anchor technique" although I never read of it before doing it. It takes practice in AP first in my opinion, because you need to know how it feels to leave and AP is easier for beginners.

Good post Bloodshed. =)

OBE on command is remote viewing and takes alot of practice. It is all about trance states, basically once you are adept with the feeling of going deep within a trance. you can force a OBE at any time.

Sort of. Many people have a special place they go to when they meditate. I see myself on a tiny, beautiful island with grass and pine trees out in the middle of a large, still body of water.

You're welcome Blood.

"Basically once you are adept with the feeling of going deep within a trance. you can force a OBE at any time."

Its a different sort of trance though, that's why I suggest learning to go into a trance while moving. In very deep trance (the most commonly known trance), you lose all sense of your body. People think trance and see in their mind someone staring off or appear as sleeping. But trance is far more.

When doing it without relaxation, you're still conscious of your body and what is around you. You usually lose awareness of what your body is doing however and it acts on autopilot unless you bring your focus to a physical goal. However when projecting while like this, you're focus is away from your body, so you feel like you're in two places at once (because you are) but mostly spiritual (similar to when daydreaming except replace the "dream" with AP sensation). You have to know what a trance feels like and be able to induce it without much effort. Its like an instant calm and then you slip in your focus and work on that without letting go of the calm.

I hope that made sense! Its been a long day and its late here.
