When I was a small boy I would see what I referred to as Shades often, whispering my name and such; I had convinced myself it was a form of psychosis, that the cold dry air around the area whence they stood was in fact an illusion created via a sick mind. however the shade I find is a real phenomena that in my case fed upon intense feelings of sorrow as when I was in that depressed state they seemed all consuming, as if they thrived on a symbiosis of the sorrow. I do not have evidence beyond not really seeing them much anymore, could have been a diseased mind.
My advice Is always keep an open mind, an ear to the ground and firm in your beliefs whilst able to sway and entertain any idea.
I used to see them very often in my room, near the ceiling or darting about the floor, like they were watching me. They made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I wasn't scared, I was irritated. They wouldn't let me be. I got fed up with them and one day I even ended up yelling at them to go away ( I sound insane, I know.). BUT it worked..they haven't gone in my room since. I still see them elsewhere but not my room...
the shadow people are not to be feared they cant interact directly with us because we are wolrd apart, also as far as i know they dont represent a threat even in the astral real, but i cant say the same about their counter part the phantasms ( as i call them) which can be pretty annoying at times, they can drain your energy leaving you very tired, gives nightmares etc though most of them are rarely seen outside of their own teritory which is are the forests as about their aspects (as far as i know) they are about 2 4 meters white color and humanoid shape
Ive had shadow people try to convince me to kill myself when I was young, a couple times actually. They like to minupulate young children, and hurt elderly people. I do believe they are demons.
Yes, they can steal your energy. They can also give you dark thoughts, change your mood, make you feel depressed etc. But you have free will, so truth is, that you ALLOW for attack, if you are attacked. The best way for protection is changing frequency of our thoughts, emotions. We aren't vitcims at all; we just can think we are victims and it's gate for this creatures, because they can fit into our reality.
You're not crazy, I've seen them since I was little, there a lot of these things at my house at night. I didn't yell at them but I did say, shadows you need to leave this house now, be gone somewhere else, after that I seen my great grandfather then I didn't see them the next day.
