No, not at all.

The Devil in dreams represents our urges or emotions that we've either repressed or don't feel entirely in control of. Our subconscious represents them as something "evil" or monstrous.

Thus, I would suggest sitting down and thinking about your urges and emotions (any that you've pushed away or are afraid to express) and trying to work through them, or perhaps finding ways to express them in a positive way.

Death in dreams can be our way of dealing with it or working through our fears of it. Such dreams may be our subconscious way of confronting or fears of death be it our own or of those close to us.

Now, what I've said doesn't necessarily mean that this is what your dreams represent. Your dreams could be simply that, dreams. It could be caused by a number of things, not just what I've suggested. Our dreams can play back things we've encountered in our lives, films we've watched previous to falling asleep, things we've been pondering for some time, or they could play through our fears.

Perhaps, you should sit down and think about these dreams and what could be the cause of them, or what they mean to you.

However, I highly doubt such dream have anything to do with Hitler or some other horrid individual from history.

Blessings,
Lonicera
