hi, i had a weird experience when i meditated.
its simply when i were thoughtless i saw a red light in the backgrounds, but it got closer and closer, and in fact that red light was an eye, i just freaked out ind opened my eyes, is that normal???
this all happened without being on trance
regular vision stuff. the first time i saw anything it freaked me out too, but it was far more graphic, i was witnessing a bloody war with people fighting with muskets, so civil war i'm guessing. couldn't meditate for a while afterwords cuz i was excited but freaked.
it's symbolic in someway, it's personal though, so you need to focus on it and decide what it means for you.
if you were freaked out yes. your subconscious is still afraid. you may not feel scared, but you are, you need to convince yourself it was a vision and no vision can harm you. keep trying to meditate. start slowly, work on shielding for a bit then stop. the next day shielding and a chakra or two. you need to ease yourself back into the swing of things.
Ha I'm not craze the first time I meditated seriously, I sow White lite and i sow a scene for sucker punch.. I'm not kidding i mean whats wrong whit me i see the future almost every month when I'm asleep and the only ting i see are stupid useless stuff, huh well theirs nutting i can do.
well at least your things are funny, because the next time i meditated i saw a woman in a white dress, but this time that didnt freaked me out, but its scary.
i think that my vision are about my fears, and to start with magick and astral projection i must overtake my fears.
so, the red eye is for demons, the woman in the white dress is for ghosts.
i didnt got any visions so far.
I dont know much, but from what ive read on here Demons arent all bad (not at all trying to say you should have anything to do with em. And as for ghosts, spirits and ghosts are EVERYWHERE,most people just dont see them.
