Yes, their energy or "astral form". Basically the energy that is within the object, can be brought with you, however, it always returns after a given time (usually a few hours). I tend to bring the energy of a physical amulet with me on my journeys and return it when I return to my body.

Thats not true about opening your eyes when APing. I do it all the time. Of course it help to keep your eyes closed but not needed.

The Astral Realm is more than what people think it is...

The Lower Astral (The one closest density to our physical realm) is a really bad place and those in control of this lower Astral Realm are also the same beings controlling Earth. The "Illuminati" are puppets for these beings. Most of the "Men In Black" are from this realm. Don't mess with this stuff unless you know what you are doing.

Stay away from the lower realms of the astral.

The rest of astral is okay. There are just certain areas you shouldn't go to without protection and/or guides.

If you go too far with no protection, etc.... good luck to you. You will not do it again. I have traveled deep into the Astral and I was targeted by "agents".

In few words.; It is a world verry much like ours only. Spirits inhabit it instead of physical beings.

Due to the fact that the astral does contain many thoughtforms, here your thoughts, especially fears and preconceptions can and will take shape. This is why it is very important to be open minded and not assume you will encounter anything, but merely observe as you would when entering a strange new place. See Q's post as an example of what happens when you enter the astral with fears and preconceptions of what you may experience.

Although I do always suggest going with an animal guide or spirit guide the first few times.

How do I go there?

This site says how to do it. But it takes a lot of mental practice.

I managed to do it on my second time and met my spiritual guide (though I wish he was a girl XD) does that mean I'm special? Just asking though.

No it doesn't mean your special everyone can do it with time and practice but on your second time that's better than most.
