Energy manipulation.

Hi,i've heard people on this site talking about eregy manipulation and i was wondering if anyone would mind explaining to me what it is(i know that it is the manipulation of energy but you'd have to be stupid to not get that when you hear the name of it).

Energy manipulation is the forming of energy into objects, thought forms, etc. Psi balls are also an example of energy manipulation.

Energy manipulation is the practice or act of an individual to manipulate and bend his energy to his will. The important word to note here is the word "Will". You control the energy with your mind. As said, you can form psi balls with it which are basically balls of energy formed by you willing the energy of yourself to form a ball. If you perform it to a certain degree then you may be able to see it visibly sort of like a white mist. Another example of energy manipulation is telekinesis, You can move things with your mind through the energy you produce by "Willing" it. Although, all these activities take a lot of serious practice. Blessed be.
