Wondering how better to understand what spirit guides are trying to tell us?

I get strong feelings, I don't hear things while I am awake; though I wake from dreams were feel as if I have been speaking with them although I don't remember a word of it.

In time do they begin to communicate differently?

Different spirit guides are 'assigned' to us for different things in our lives. They can communicate telepathically, visions, feelings, dreams, ect..

Spirit Guides are apart of us, they are apart of our Soul. That is why they connect with us and Guide us, its also how they know what is the best medicine for us (In a emotional way of speaking)

The best way I have heard of contacting a Spirit Guide is to meditate on it. But I dislike this method personal, I use my Tarot Cards to speak with my Guide.

Other methods I find helpful is going into the Astral after I have hopped into bed.
