Recently I went to visit my wife a few states over and upon my first trip to her on the airplane I noticed just how ungrounded I had become and this aided in a fair amount of jet lag. For the return trip I took some extra time and made sure I was grounded and also made sure I kept a good ground on though the coarse of the trip.
As apposed to regular grounding methods I allowed myself extra line in meditation from under my feet and opened up my hand and feet chakras by massaging them and sending energy from them to the earth.
After this process I placed my feet on ground soil ground prier to taking off took a few deep breaths. As I released this breathe I dropped my energy though the base chakra and with each breath I moved more energy down the grounding meridian (line), from the top of my spine all the way down though the tail bone into the Earth. By doing this I was creating a ?grounding wire?. At this point I was feeling a strong pull of gravity though my hands legs and feet. Releasing my breath, thoughts and concerns and any negative energy this grounding wire and through your feet, as I did this I extended this line and coiled it as I created this line and strengthened this like 2 more times when on the plane. When I arrived I had no jet lag and felt great. So if your going to be flying give it a shot. :D
