i am an experienced meditator and have often had out of body experiences, but i really want to get better at spell casting so i can not just change my experience, but perhaps have something happen that is a little more, umm, i don't know just more pronounced i guess. can anyone suggest a simple beginners spell?
Where you start off is entirely up to you. However, i suggest you start off with candle, color, herb, and symbol magick. I urge you to refrain from ritual magick until you are more experienced. You will know why when you get to that point in your life. :)
A good type of magick to try is Wish magick. I think you will enjoy it.

Uh you 'cannot' do a spell 'while' your meditating. When you do a spell you 'meditate' for a specific purpose ( the spell ) and then when your done the spell goes out and works. Consequently if your doing a spell the meditation only lasts while your doing the spell. Our of body experiences are 'also' different and you cannot 'change' the way the experience happens thru spells.
