He/She is always beside you, just talk and your angel will listen to you. If you would like to meet your guardian angel you could write on a piece of paper "I will meet my guardian angel" as many times as you like right before you go to sleep and you will meet your guardian angel in your dream. Make sure to ask there name and anything else you want to know and when you wake up write it all down in your dream book so you wont forget. Hope that works! Blessed be :)
Astral Projection may be a little hard because not everyone is able to do it on a conscious level. Though by all means you can try that way.
Angel 95 is right they are always beside you just talk and they will hear you. You don't need to know their name or what they look like.Though you can if you want,it may help you create a stronger bond with them. What I personally would do to see what my angel looks like is just get into a meditative state and put the intention out there that I would like to know the name of my angel and what they look like. Then trust what it is you hear and see.
There are many different ways you can communicate with your angels. Some ways are using angel cards/angel board, automatic writing,pendulum,meditations,different rituals, any form of magickal practice that you feel comfortable with.
One thing that is important to remember is to ask your guardian angels for help, they can't help use unless we ask because they can't interfere with our free will. No problem or situations is to big or to small for your angels. Also your guardian angel wants to help you so don't worry about pulling it away from something important.
This is my advice to you, it's not wrong and it's not right, it's what works for me. So hopefully is will help you if you choose to use it.
its very easy, light a white candle if you can you annoint it with extra virgin olive oil and if you want to cast a circle, you dont have to and here is a simple gaurdian angel invoke
