For the most part, mishal. A person's will is a very strong, very primal thing. Furthermore, in many views it is absolute; the True Will is the undeniable, unchangeable piece of who you are, and what might also be called your place in God's plan... not really something you or I have the ability to argue with.
With this absolute nature in mind, all bindings of another person's will would therefore be temporary. Have you ever bent a branch back and then let it go? It doesn't just return to where it was, it shoots forward with a LOT of force, often briefly overshooting it's natural resting position.
Similarly if you take a person who likes you or who is neutral and you bind them to make them love you, not only will they eventually break free, but it will be forceful and they will frequently overshoot their original feelings for you and go straight to hating you.
Love magick, in order to avoid this, should be encouraging in nature rather than binding. Use spells to draw the right person to you - YOU don't know who that is, but the Divine does - and once you have a relationship you can use rituals and spells to help keep the love between you strong, healthy, and vibrant.
