You need to open and align all of your chakras. Start with meditation, after you have become aware through meditation use this state to work with your chakras. You will need to open and align them together by working with each of the seven main chakras of the body. Start with the root chakra and work you way up to the crown. Work on this about 15 minutes everyday or as often as you can. Below is a link to help you get stared.
