Greetings.
I admire your determination, and I am actully practicing the same thing.
I shall support you with this, by the small experience I posses. Although with such determination, I doubt you would face any problems.
And I await the same from you.
Blessed be and good luck.

Right.. Its 8 am and am off to work..

I started my meditation around 12am. In my room with one candle one. It was very dark. Every time I close my eyes and my mind gets thoughtless I only see a dark page and I get scared and open my eyes. This happened almost 5 times . I was too scared to even move a muscle to put off the candle, the time was 12:45 when I decided to call it off.

The strange part, when I wake up this morning, I have a very positive vibes around me unexplained , wake up with biggest smile and yeah I never do that in a normal day to work but am actually wearing red lipstick and am feeling sexy... Loooiol..any idea what is the sharm and poditivety ...?!? Can't wait for tonight ...

The candle lit in the dark can be a bit off-setting at times. I suggest turning on a light with a candle lit, and then eventually get used to its calming pressence. Candles are meant ot soothe and create a comfortable atmosphere. If you are having trouble keeping your eyes closed, there are meditation techniques practiced by some with the eyes open, some people consider it to be more advanced than with the eyes closed.

Whatever sense of fear you are getting from having your eyes closed, forget about it, meditation is what is supposed to help with those irrational feelings. Simply acknowledge that the feeling is there and gently let it pass. Focus on your breath, not your thoughts. Breath in 1...2....3.... breath out 1....2...3...

Also remember that while meditating, you should be comfortable, so lying down and not forcing your body into a position it's not familiar with like the Lotus Position could be uncomfortable and distracting.

Day 2:

Really difficult to meditate when you had quite hard and not so good day at work . I took warm bath, and again lit a candle and took the lotus position. Tried to concentrate on my breathing. I didn't reach fare, though . I have 3 questions I hope I get answers to :
1- what are the significant signs that your meditation is working
2-can anyone cast a spell without being good in madetation?
3- why you feel positive one day and the next day you just feel down hill? How to stay positive all the time and in focused mood?
4- any idea with few techniques to use in meditating when you actually drained and tired ?

Loool these are 4 questions actually ...

I am still determind but I need the postivie state of mind again .

You need to calm down before you do it I like to watch my favorite movie or something by doing something like that take any edge off from the day so your calm and that will help a lot and you'll know its working when you don't even know your doing it in which case you won't ever know till after

hey i like meditation and training the mind, but instead of using a spell you should try to pray,if you feel your prayers are not being answer try building a relationship with God by pray and meditating the word of God,oh and make sure you are not in any known disobeying, this can sometime cause pray to seem unanswered or blocked. and another way of meditation is by meditating on the word of God,you start by asking God to help you understand the word, then you being reading the word of God slowly, really repeating and chewing over the verus, put all other thoughts out your head, and only focus on the verus you are reading, repeating it slowly as if you are trying to grab the meaning, this type of meditation will get the word of God deep down in you where it will take root and produce...

if you like you may message me

Listen, among the rules put down in the Bible, you're not allowed to shave, you're not allowed to wear clothing of more than one fabric, and you're not allowed to let other religions exist (check Deuteronomy 17:2-7 for that one).

My point here is that YOU, in all probability, are disobeying multiple laws God Himself handed down to the People of the Book.

Furthermore, this is not a Christian space. That is not to say that we do not have Christian members or that we do not respect Christian beliefs, but this site is home to many faiths and I'm willing to bet Christians are in the minority (this being a magick site and all). You're welcome to put forth suggestions based on Christian belief, but make it clear that they are of Christian BELIEF and are not being put forward as absolute fact.

You wouldn't appreciate it if I went onto a Christian forum and told people the only way to get their prayers answered was by performing the fard Salat each day and you wouldn't appreciate it if I went into a Christian school and insisted that evolution is the single truth of where we came from.

I therefore humbly yet firmly insist that you not come into our magick-oriented space and tell us that magick is absolutely wrong and that Christianity is the only truth out there.
