Do not use it!!!! I repeat! It is NOT SAFE! I tried it twice the online one and scared the living crap out of me!!! Even with the protection on most likely something will happen to you!!
I see. And how have you concluded that Ouija boards are completely unsafe? If it's just these two events, how have you ruled out some mistake in your casting? How many different banishings did you try?
You can't really use protection if you plan on the ouija board to work' it requires a sort of posession. Protecting yourself would just mean nothing could get to you to communicate through the board' therefore rendering it useless. sorry but good luck

What they mean is that there is a chant that you say before you play your board. You can not get pregnant if you play the board. At least I have not heard of that and I have played off and on for three years.

to be honest? Me and my buddy were on the search for a Ouija board for a very long time. He has had experience with them for years so i trust his knowlege on it. We found it in a Toys R Us.......He fell to his knees laughing and i basically "Rofl-ed" in the middle of the isle. I just hate the fact that when people hear about magik they automatically think about either Satan or Harry Potter. But i digress. Magikal items that are looked at as childrens toys shouldnt be trifled with

Seriously, in reference to pregnancy there is no need to be "safer" with your Ouija board. Pregnancy happens because a viable human sperm meets with viable human egg in life-sustaining environment; it has nothing to do with planchettes and game boards or summoned spirits! I feel like when I read that there are teenagers who think drinking bleach is a safe replacement for using condoms.

On pdf page 33 (printed page 319) is a very short piece by Aleister Crowley on the Ouija board.
"There is, however, a good way of using this instrument to get what you want, and that is to perform the whole operation in a consecrated circle, so that undesirable aliens cannot interfere with it. You should then employ the proper magical invocation in order to get into your circle just the one spirit that you want. It is comparatively easy to do this. A few simple instructions are all that is necessary, and I shall be pleased to give these, free of charge, to any one who cares to apply."
You clearly wish to invoke only truly beneficial beings to communicate via Quija (Crowley suggests Gods and Archangels as examples), but you are still very much able to protect yourself.
