Can you create Gods?

Definitely! you can create whole mythologies.

To an atheist all gods were created by man as simple concepts of worship or idols. ;)

Chaotes take from everywhere and to their pillars. Its a more eccentric form of path working. Let me ask you can you make dirt out of nothing? That is like trying to make a "god". For thousands of years people have tried to claim "divinity" and have placed people on the same platue as the gods, but that doesn't make them anymore divine than you or I. The gods simply there before us and will remain long after us. So no you can make a god.

Of course that's your opinion, Drasil. And the Gods were created long ago by human beings in order to explain things. That's why there are so many sects of gods around the world. If the gods created us and not visa versa then there would only be one sect of gods instead of so many.

I think you can. Granted, if you just created him/her, then they probably wouldn't be as powerful as, say, the old Hindu or Egyptian gods.
Belief is everything. If you create them, then you believe in them, right? So then, they would exist. Belief and thought control everything. If you truly believe, and put enough thought into your creation, then you should be able to create a god.
However, use caution. Gods are notoriously tricky. Why should your god be any different?

You are God/Goddess, why would you need something "foreign and external"?

In a way you may for in some Satanist religions the entire point is to unlock all 7 chakras and reach a state called godhead so depending on your views it may or may not be possible
