You need will, patience, desire, emotion, supplies(sometimes), etc. For spells to work. Your spell has too high a demand, and too low everything else. The amount of energy needed to carry this out would probably kill/severely damage someone.

Why not try and wait for natural death? It happens eventually.

It's wrong. But if you really need test monkeys practice on dying, sick, injured, old animals.

Who's to say honestly this won't work if they haven't tried it them selves? People do similar to the exact same thing to curse or hex some one they deem deserving of it. So why can't the same method be applied to end a life? Of course a lot of energy and hate and anger (maybe other strong emotions) would need to be put into it. If the person doesn't die the most that could happen to the target is injury and the least being nothing happens.
Whether it's right or wring is an honest debate. Some may feel it's right and justifiable. Others may feel it's wrong and nothing can justify the action. It's merely an opinion.

Tannerr, your comments are not welcome here. And I don't see how it's impossible, invoking death should be fairly easy considering the type of death.
