My Fae Experience
By:
Hello and Blessed Be! Months ago, I had a strange experience after doing meditation on the Fae. I was hoping for any comments or opinions on if it seems it was a success. I used a specific meditation exercise I found on another site. I got into a relaxed trance and followed what the guidelines asked of me. I came across a male Fae and spoke with him for a while. Before I left, I thanked him for his time and asked if he could visit me in a dream. Once I got out of the trance, I was laying in bed. The whole house was silent and all of a sudden I heard this giggle by my door. Later I fell asleep, and my dream was quite beautiful. I saw the Fae folk I spoke to earlier that night. I was standing in a meadow that formed a cabin village and I saw a gorgeous female Faery come over to me and she began showing me around the village. I witnessed other faeries performing labor like chopping wood. She led me into a cabin with the male Faery and I admired the Fae's work of art that was displayed. Later on, we all walked out of a forest path and the dream ended. I woke up with full memory of the village and parts of Fae culture and life. Was this a legit experience?

It could have been a real experience or just a wonderful and vivid dream. Who can say for certain? So many different cultures have varying opinions about what the fae are. If it felt real to you, then it is real enough, if that makes any sense. Love, light and blessings Sullen :)

You shouldn't doubt yourself or your experiences. You're trying to prove this to yourself by finding support or criticism by others. But your own mind is where the support or criticism should lie. Ask yourself if this was legit. Accept the answer.

There is no harm in believing that this was a very real experience. I know the fae exist. So has many cultures over the entire world. But do you believe?

If you doubt your personal experiences what is there to believe? Why believe words on a page that other people write when right in front of you, you saw, heard, and felt. Real senses! Real experiences. No matter what, everything we sense must first be processed through our minds and interpreted. An apple you touch, taste, and smell is your perception of that fruit. The way you perceive this world and the next is unique, because you are unique. The one with the best judgement over what is real and what is not is you.

But, since you asked.
Unless you are delusional, prone to hallucinations, or were under the influence of drugs or alcohol (which I doubt), the giggle you heard would be the most solid evidence that the trance/journeying and then dream were spiritually influenced and not a product of your imagination. You physically heard a noise that a door cannot produce =p

Sounds legit. Yes you probably dreamt of the land of the fae or faery land :L or you could of visited it via astral projection I think Im dreaming all the time and it turns out it was astral projection because when I hear a tiny noise it snaps me out of it.
Sounds wonderful I dont find anything more beautiful than where the fae live. I too enjoy my journeys there glad you remembered the cultures and village thats always an honour.
Blessed be )0(

On which site did you find the meditation technique? I think I'd like to use it as well. Thanks :)
