this is a condition called parasomnia...I am including a link for you to review the information if you wish. A note on the seeming uneducated issue...there is nothing so likely to make one seem uneducated and illiterate as continual bad grammer and atrocious spelling.
Let I remind you acidshadow this is a cite where everyone is allowed to ask questions. If someone is curious and wants people opinions, you will most likely get response within the first day. Everyone is welcomed to ask questions, in fact encouraged to.
That is true, you should treat people like that acidshadows, and what ever you are trying to do so you can get ranked or so by posting, it aint helping by saying go research on google.
And Im am not uneducated im probaly more educated than you acidshadows, all you are doing in post is saying the same thing other people say, that isnt educated its called copy and paste. i was just asking the question because it was right for me to grind my teeth like that
Parasomnia and almost all sleep disorders are most often hereditary. My mother spoke in her sleep and gritted her teeth, I have since a child, and my daughter has since she was an infant (gritting once she had teeth). My mother-in-law can wake up and walk around, have an argument with someone for hours, lay back down and never remember it. My husband has done some sleep walking and talking.
My dog even barks and attempts to chew in his sleep (quite cute actually). And I doubt he's stressed. He's spoiled rotten.
If a symptom appears out of the blue, THEN it could be stress. But you made no indication in your post that this just began to occur. And in fact implied that it happens on and off regularly. Ask your parents, I'm sure one or both have or had experienced similar things.
