Meditating is a lot simpler then you would think. Yet due to our busy lives and the hustle and bustle around us, some do find it to be difficult. This is actually more of a reason to learn it.
Find somewhere quiet you can sit down and relax. If you need to, you can use a bit of incense, candles or music to aide you in relaxing. Sit in a comfortable position where your arms and legs do not cross to keep them from falling asleep. Take slow deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth. Let your thoughts flow through you, but do not focus on any of them. When you feel your mind has calmed down to the point that your not noticing thoughts, you are meditating.
I personally like to meditate to the sound of rain and a few other funky noises. If you search "meditation" on youtube you will find all sorts of guided meditation videos that may help. Love, light and blessings :)
