CheGuevara Do try to look for someone who has leginiment, but be careful. There are so many people who don't believe in vampires that they dedicate their lives to disprove them. Try to see things in all points of views. Just because one story says one thing doesn't mean there isn't another story on the matter.

Nice idea, psi vampires are much more common and there is much greater support for their existence. Now, I'd like to find out about real vamps as much as anybody, but they are difficult to find as many people (the author of that website estimates 98%) who claim to be vampires are either lying, misinformed, or deluded.

psychic vampires are real, the blood sucking night walkers, not on this plain at least. personally i don't think they're real and i don't see why so many people want to become them. i've always thought it'd be cool to be a werewolf, but if given the opertunity, i wouldn't take it cuz it's a dumb idea, you know a gift and a curse. i know of some deseases where one must drink blood because of low iron, or something, and they can't take sun very well. if vampires are real and we just don't know great job hiding, but why do so many people want to become them? think long term, perhaps imortality for some is perfect, but it's not for me. same with the inability to enjoy garlic bread, i'd never give that up.

Nekoshema, well said about those people always asking us if we can turn them into a vampire. The notion itself is rather absurd, even if it didn't require "magic". The idea of a vampire's method of feeding also being it's method of reproduction is completely contradictory. Even the slightly more sensible ideas like the victim not being completely drained of blood or the victim drinking the vampire's blood causing the change still don't add up logically. The guy who wrote that website believes that vampirism is hereditary and that seems logical. There are actually some vampire legends (mostly from outside of Europe, so it may be something else) of them drinking "reproductive fluids" (DO NOT ask me how).

Nekoshema- most things that you've heard about vampires are false, including the garlic. but it is a little stronger to vampires than to humans so that caused the myth about garlic will keep vampires from you :P
