Learning how to meditate is always good. And learning visualization and concentration. And, ofcourse, having a good imagination.
But the first thing I remember having to do is making a list of my personal strengths and my faults. It is a way to know yourself. It is not done in a really judgemental way, it is just to get you to be honest with yourself and admit to yourself who you are.
