What?

The original argument appeared to be about how some members agree with asinine comments out of the desire to appear intelligent, or to be cruel to certain people.

Arrogance, ignorance, and similar such less than admirable qualities can and will exist in every culture, subculture, and walk of life. They are part of human nature.

From what I have seen in regard to this thread, individuals have voiced agreement for the sake of being agreeable or so as to avoid appearing ignorance. What you must remember about this is that there is a great deal of youth on this site, and youth often emulates that which they hear in an attempt to appear more mature or to become that which they admire. Is this arrogant? Sometimes, definitely. Youth is often arrogant.

As for the rest, I find it rather ironic. It is speaking out against the embittered masses while speaking in a very trite and embittered tone.

Take a moment. Calm yourself. Look at what you, yourself are saying and the often strained and scattered nature of your communications within this very post.

That's actually just how I talk.

Once more, I do not argue against arrogance or ignorance, and I'm not particularly speaking of when members recite what they feel to be mature content.

Embittered? Rather.
Against certain occasions, very much so. This is almost 8 years of repression right here, I see this happening daily, nothing is done to help it, so I decided to say something.

If you are not speaking out about arrogance or anything you discussed within your first post and this is merely eight years of repression, I suggest you start writing in a blog or diary or just vent to a friend.

This post is going nowhere. So much for intelligent discourse.
