Brysing demons or not... there is one thing you can agree on is that of positive and negative energies out there... so its not far fetch of that ... that demons can be manifestation's of that negative energy.... whether or not you want to call it as such...

Summoning
Simply put summoning spell is a spell used to invoke presence of entity in our physical realm or even in oneself. It’s a typical representative of drawing spells. It is similar, but different to what’s described as Conjuring spell ( spell to procure something to us, to draw us money, or specific person etc ) , though when someone mentions conjure, I think of tradition-bound spells , Conjure spells.

Most older European grimoires are packed full of summoning spells, specific spirit summoning spells may I add. Such as Goetia or Necronomicon ( which is fake though ) or G Grimoire Armadel
Hope that sheds some light on Your inquiry

I really don't think there is any such thing as a summoning "spell". The reason is because evoking an entity is in fact, a long laborous ritual. The name spell is for simpler things.

Without the various methods within the rituals Perrych speaks of there are generally no measures taken to protect one's self from an entity in place, and nor are there any measures in place to bind such a thing to your will. This leaves it free to act however it desires, something many magicians would frown upon. It is also worth noting that even if you are of the opinion that evocation/summoning is disrespectful, many of the beings worth evoking are of a frame of mind where, to some extent, evocation displays the worthiness of an individual who will be served.

I would recomend you to use the summonings of the necronomicon spellbook and tye solomonic lesser keys that are most effective here is a list of some with a link to the summoning instruction if possible but I would recomend you actually buying the book and doin A LOT of research before starting as well as being familiar with the ritual as it can risk your life if you spell a word wrong:
1.Necronomicon Spellbook ( its much better if read the necronomicon): http://ebooksfreedownload.org/2011/10/necronomicon-spellbook-by-simon.html

2.The lesser key of solomon( link included in next link together with grimorium verum)

3. Grimorium verum: http://www.occult-underground.com/solomonic.html

4.Grimorium Imperium

5.The Book of the Old ones

6. Search on this sites for more books:

Summoning that kind of "spirits" casn be harmful and produce negativities and even weaknesses in your energy... You never know what kind of spirit you ll summon and what that will cause you... You may angry them like that they do as they will... You never know... But I agree.. why would you like to do that? If there is no serious reason just don't

I would be inclined to agree with @Perrych on the autenthicy of the Necronmicon, for Simon's Necronomicon strangely enough appeared after H P Lovecraft's version. And then , certain Simon , and Orthodox Christian Priest ( !!! ) presented , his , "real version". The fictional book is based on some Persian and Sumerian myth s but that does not make it real at all. However this is another topic, we should not further discuss here, a new discussion could be started rather, in suited forums section.

Asker inquired about summoning spells not grimoires :)
As to it another example could be weather conjuration.
Asperging rain water using broom, as one chants some words of power is a nice example. Same could be said for pouring water on stone throughout a sieve, or "whistling up" a wind.

What people informally reffer to as "lover spirits" ( elementals, fae, nature spirits ) could be summoned by spells as opposed to summoning rite's , which myself and others have previously described as summoning spells.

Also necromanting spells, invoking the pressence of the dead for divinator y purposes can be seen as summoning spells, and do not require ceremonies and elaborated procedures.

I too am talking about the Sumon Necronomicon and see no reason why we can't discuss it here. The whole thing is a joke. Look at the incantation to summon Yog Sothoth. Then look at the Rabbelini table invocation in the seventh book of Moses. Same thing huh? Which brings up another question. Why would there be latin prayers to the Christian God in an old Sumerian grimoire. Then compare the gate of the moon with the first pentacle of the moon in the GKoS. Same thing again right? Only this time, the names of the archangels have been replaced with Sumerian gods. I haven't read the Sinon Necronomicon for a while but I remember noticing alot of stuff like this.
