I would suggest thinking of your heart. feel it pulse in you. The follow that pulse. It takes a little bit of time because you have to feel the movement in you. But just concentrate on that feeling. That should help to center you and block out the noise.

Headphones or earplugs are your friend. Tell them you're taking a nap. Using earplugs, you'll hear your breathing and heartbeat. Using headphones, turn the music up loud enough to drown out any noise in the house.
