so judgemental here? Just because one believes or has experienced or seen things differently than you, you call them fluffies and no offense, but you have no right to judge anyone this way! This makes me very ill...how would you like it if people started judging you for yours? I am sure you would be angered and ill by this too and get defensive. Everyone has RIGHTS to believe what they want and I joined this site thinking I would not be judged or told I am wrong for my beliefs, this is more than dissappointing I thought people here weren`t like the outside world, but boy was I wrong..no different in fact some of you are even worse than the outside world too. Just because others see things differently does not make them wrong and just because there was a television show or movie made about certain events or beings does not mean that it did not happen or those things do not exist. Have you any proof whatsoever that they did not happen or don`t exist? I think not! So politely I ask you shut your mouths and

May I ask what did you say here that triggered people to judge you? Many people join today asking how to become a vampire and such, but there is seriously no way you can physically change yourself into such. You may be able to act as if you are what you wish to be, but it isn't physically possible, especially with magic alone.

By the way, did you happen to get the name "darkestfairy" from the neopets game "The Darkest Faerie"?

Do you say that to all your teachers, Fairy? I mean, surely your teachers correct you in your life, do you argue that you have the right to be misinformed with them, too?

There is a difference between constructive feedback and criticism and negativte criticism/feedback. Someone's they get misunderstood or misinterpreted as negative. But it isn't always negative. People try to help each other, and because of clashing views and beliefs, we have a tendency to get defensive and take it the wrong way. Instead of taking offense, analyze the situation.

yes, there is a difference between corrective criticism and outright insults [can't go off too much, i'm still under surveillance from the last time i spoke out about the way things are] why i would call someone a fluffy is if they're acting like one, not if they're beliefs are different. to take from an example above. if someone asked 'how do i become a vampire' i would say you cannot, and then explain why. if said person then refuses to believe me and start mailing me over and over for help in becoming one [it's happened] then i will call them fluffy and block them.

and yes, this site has changed, when i started it was different, more people who wanted to learn and far less trolls who would jump down your throat if you asked a question [i'll stop here cuz i can already feel the admin's eyes upon me]

I will admit that I can be harsh when offering criticism, but that has largely been born of irritation with people asking questions or offering discussion and then not really wanting to learn, or not really wanting to hear things that don't affirm what they believe.

Within that I will also admit that there are a great many people here ready to jump on the band wagon, and tear apart something just because somebody else did. This I find to be rather repulsive.

However, thicker skin doesn't hurt. And getting a few blisters does wonders to build callous.

Don't talk about it if you don't want people to disagree. That's the general rule of public conversation. Otherwise, engage politely and be the bigger person.
