My friend is obsessed with Harry Potter and will be going as him for Halloween. She has a toy wand that lights up and has sound and she dropped it and broke it she asked me to fix it know that iparctice magick

if you really want to do it with magic, just focus energy into it. but i doubt that this is the best way to even remotely see a change in the objects behavior.

Maybe this is your chance to explain to your friend the difference between Hollywood magic and real magic. One cannot "fix" a broken object such as her wand using magic. She'll either need to buy a new wand or put up with one that doesn't light up or make sounds.
