use some of these:

1. god and goddess (wicca/paganism)
2. latobius (celtic god of the sky)
3. Theia (greek goddess of the clear sky)

thats all i could find.

even if you dont use a deity, it is fine. Being bland can do the trick.
you could say " gods and goddesses of the sky's and weather." instead of reffering to one diety.

the first one has always worked better in my opinion.

It depends which ethnicity's mythology your looking at. For all we know, you could be on about Greek, Roman, Egyptian.. the list goes on.

There are many different Gods and Goddesses that are associated with rain and/or clouds. Each culture in the ancient world had its own ideas of who they were and what they were called. You would have to specify which culture you are talking about to get a definitive answer.

For instance, here is a list of various Gods of rain: http://www.whiterosesgarden.com/Grimoire/GRIM_elements/Water_grimoire/WT_deities/WT_deities_of_Rain.htm and you can easily see that each culture had their own particular deity

That's a very broad question. It depends on the culture and mythology you're asking about.

There are the Nephelai, which were the Greek nymphs of clouds. They drew forth rain from their father and thus served in that way. In Greek mythology there is also Zeus, who is known as the 'cloud-gatherer' and 'rain-god'. Tlaloc is an old aztec God who was known for rain and water. There are many others.
