ok so i did a ritual offering and asked for 3 things and offered a whole pitcher of water and poured it out in front of me. should i have offered more im really curious i think the water would suffice but im not 100 % i would think that spirits would accept it because its pure and its not blood from an animal or myself.. thoughts!!

and i did a cleansing ritual for someone the "rid yourself of negative energy" spell. would that be sufficient enough? i did feel peaceful afterward and gave thanks

thanks for your input if any.

Ok well first off, blood must not always be used as an offering. It just represents life, and that you offer life to your goddess/god.

Now on to the water, it really depends on god/goddess. If it was a water-based god (Posiden for one) it would be an excellent offering. But if it was say hypnos (Sleep) it would not be the best offering.

Look up things associated with your god/goddess and try to fit them in.
