When you say they are ganging up on you, do you mean that they are physically hurting you, or that they are emotionally distressing you? Either way, if you are underage, you should be able to get some kind of help from your local authorities. If you are having a hard time controlling your emotions, like anger, I think performing revenge magick or such will make things worse for you.

See if you can find an external person who can intervene. In the mean time, there are things you can do so that these people don't have so much of an effect on you. For example, you can create a 'safe place' in your mind where you can go when such things are taking place. You can learn to shield yourself mentally and emotionally so that you are less vulnerable to being hurt. You can ease your stress with physical exercise. You can learn to be assertive in the way that you communicate with these people. And, of course, learning to relax and meditate will always help, although I understand that these might seem difficult at this time.

If they are physically hurting you, I strongly advise that you talk to someone who in your community who has some influence and power. Good luck :)

The police can protect you. If your really scared try and have one of your friends call in as an anonymous caller and tell them what's going on, that way they can't blame it on you. I know your scared to call the police, but they are the only ones that can help you and have the power to remove you from the situation. If you are afraid that they will hurt you and you do decide to go to the police maybe you can stay with a family friend until it all gets sorted out, but I will tell you this; abuse only gets worse over time. Your siblings could go too far one time and kill you. Look, if you want to be safe there are ways to do it. Some time when everyone in your family is out doing something you could bike over to the police station and tell them what's going on. If they think you are in danger they will not put you back in the same situation.

Oh, and if your scared to go to the police try telling a teacher at school during lunch or something and she will do it for you.

Go to another relative. A father, uncle, an adult who will fight for you. If you have bruises or marks, show them, if you can get an audio recording of them attacking you, or leave your webcam on and recording in your general direction with the monitor off. Get proof, then go to a relative. When you get there have them call the police. Make sure the relative is willing to let you live with them, or if you are 16, help you become emancipated.

Calling the police without proof can lead to them doing absolutely nothing, especially if your mother is a good liar. You want it to be undesputable evidence.

There is a spell of banishment that I can think of, having to do with getting a personal item and floating it AWAY from your house. Or make a chamomile tea and put some of it into the drinking water, or banishing botanical concoction and putting it in the drinking water (make sure it is edible) though I would consult your spirit guide before any action.
