Seems you have a raw talent for meditation, good for you. The whole purpose of meditation is to train your mind to focus, to control your mind from the "chattering monkey" and hold only the thought that you want, which is your desire, your intent, to charge up your energy, your wish, your spell. Then, when you think that you have enough clear imagination into your focused thought with enough emotional charged up energy then, cast it out into the "universal supply."
What do I mean by clear imagination? In meditation, you clear your mind then you think of one serene scene in your mind. For example; a placid lake scene, a waterfall scene, a riverside scene, a poolside scene, a beach scene. You can think of others you seem to be a bright person. From here, involve as many of your five(see, feel, hear, smell, taste) senses as is plausible in your "one scene." Try to think of this one scene only for one minute, then two minutes, then three minutes up to five minutes if you want, and longer if you like. Again, a meditation exercise is to train your mind to control your thoughts for another purpose. Or, just meditation in itself is rewarding enough to relieve stress.
Here is an example of one scene. A beach scene;
Sit in a comfortable chair or, lye down on your bed or elsewhere or sit in a lotus position. Choose a position that relaxes you but, not puts you to sleep. Now, close your eyes and focus on your breathing and try to slow it down a little bit. Now breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. I think you already know this part. Now, imagine that you are at a secluded beach, you are sitting down in chaise-lounge chair under the shade of palm trees gently swaying from a cooling sea breeze. Feel the the sea breeze, smell the salty air, feel your self in total comfort enjoying this beach scene. Look at the light blue sky with some cumulus clouds and some sea gulls swaying in the wind, dancing in the air and, swooping down to catch their fish to eat. Hear them chattering far away, as sea guls do, and you welcome these sounds as part of the beach scene. Now, look at the waves gently rolling in, undulating, coming in and out and wetting the sand. Hear these calming waves as these wave sounds synchronize with the sea gull sounds like the sound of a beach orchestra, nature's opus. By your side you have a table and you have a cold drink and you take a sip. Be careful not to get "brain freeze!"
You see how many senses are involved in this one scene? You fully controlled your mind to only focus on what you wanted. And, nothing else mattered momentarily. Of course, you totally realize your environment and if a telephone rang, you would get out of your reverie and answer it, clearly. This is true meditation. This is when you know you are good at it. You don't need to be a master at meditation, unless you want to be a Tibetan Monk or something like that along those lines.
Ok, now, as for seeing orbs with lines or cables? If, you have seen an eye Doctor or know it is not a vision problem then, the orbs could be "spirits" here on earth. "I see dead people!" Oh no! Just kidding here but, the strings or cables could be their communicating to each other. Wow, that is some gift you got, buddy. But remember, these orbs are in a low karmic cycle, they are not physcial bodies so, you by the power of your human mind, by the fact that we are higher up in the totem pole of Karma, we have the qualities to control these lower entities. Declare yourself. Look up the word "declare." Make up your mind and demand these lower entities not to bother you when you are meditating, nor whenever you don't want them bothering you. You might also try a protection spell and remember, the pentagram, represents the five elements combined, as in united, it also represents the best that humanity can be. Why do you think Law men wear this symbol? Texas Rangers have this badge of honor. There are other interpretations, these are just my take on it.
